By downloading or using CardBridge ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
CardBridge is a free utility app that allows you to store and display loyalty card barcodes on your iOS device. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for the card data you enter into the App, including card numbers and store names. You should ensure you have the right to store and use any card information you enter.
While CardBridge makes every effort to generate accurate barcodes, we do not guarantee that generated barcodes will scan correctly at every point-of-sale terminal. Barcode scanning compatibility depends on the retailer's equipment and the format of the original card. CardBridge is not responsible for any issues arising from barcode scanning failures.
The Apple Wallet export feature generates passes for use with Apple Wallet. We do not guarantee compatibility with all retailers or point-of-sale systems. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit service to sync data across your devices. iCloud sync requires an active iCloud account and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardBridge and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the App, regardless of the cause of action.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
